11 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon, juice and zest
1 tbsp mustard, I used granular rotisserie mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup (or a little less)
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
This recipe has only one step: mix everything together – either:
1. In a screw-top jar, which you then tightly close to shake the dressing well.
2. Or put all ingredients in a tall container and mix well with the blender.
