2–3 bananas, frozen
1 tsp Spirulina
4-5 kiwi berries
1/4 cup or 1 shot of vegetable milk (I took almond milk)
1 hand full of granola
1 pinch of sesame seeds, white
1 fig (optional)
1 edible flower (optional)
- Add banana, vegetable milk, spirulina and kiwi to the blender and blend until creamy. Attention! Do not blend for too long, otherwise the banana melts and the mass becomes liquid.
- Pour the granola into a bowl and use a spatula to spread the fruit mass over it.
- Variant 1: Decorate with fruits, sesame seeds and flowers as you like and enjoy directly.
- Or variant 2: Proceed as in variant 1, then stir the mass in the bowl and freeze again for half an hour or pour it into the ice machine, if you are have one.
